County of Monterey
Partnered to develop a solar + battery micro-grid for the county’s main administrative building. The project resulted in an estimated 25-year savings of $8.5 million. CO2 offset of 30k tons.
As part of its ambitious Zero Carbon Resiliency plan, the County of Monterey partnered with MYNT Systems to deliver critical energy infrastructure upgrades at two of its highest energy-consuming sites: the Sheriff’s Office and the Schilling Building. These projects represent the first phase of a county-wide decarbonization initiative, focused on lowering greenhouse gas emissions, reducing utility costs, and enhancing energy resilience. These systems were delivered under a hybrid Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) structure with no upfront capital commitment required by the County. Together, the installations contribute to an estimated $92k in average annual net savings ($8.5M over 25 years) across Phase 1 sites and offset 60% of the County’s total energy use between the facilities.

Beckmann's Bakery
In collaboration with ownership, MYNT converted a distressed facility into a solar powered commercial bakery with an energy value-add of $125k per year (~$.25/sqft). CO2 offset of 10k tons.

Graniterock
Developed the second largest BTM solar project in PG&E territory on quarry brownfield. The 2nd oldest contractor in CA, GraniteRock achieved 65% energy savings. CO2 offset of 171k tons.

Fireclay
Hand made tile manufacturer based in California achieves 60% energy offset with new rooftop PV and ESS installation.
