Graniterock
Developed the second largest BTM solar project in PG&E territory on quarry brownfield. The 2nd oldest contractor in CA, GraniteRock achieved 65% energy savings. CO2 offset of 171k tons.
Phase I - 5.7 MWdc Ground mounted Solar PV - developed, designed and managed the delivery of the 5.7 MW solar project for Graniterock. Transmission voltage Interconnection with 4 mile 60kV Tie-in. Phase II - 4 MW/8MWh BESS - engineering and interconnection study in progress.
The Overburden pile at the Quarry, where the array is located, had been in a state reclamation process so could not be utilized for other purposes. MYNT and Graniterock took advantage of two key regulatory policies: the eligibility for renewable energy projects on property in reclamation, and a CEQA exemption for renewables on minelands in reclamation. The project is the 2nd largest Behind-the-Meter solar installation in PG&E territory and represents a 60% offset of the Quarry’s annual energy demand.

Beckmann's Bakery
In collaboration with ownership, MYNT converted a distressed facility into a solar powered commercial bakery with an energy value-add of $125k per year (~$.25/sqft). CO2 offset of 10k tons.

County of Monterey
Partnered to develop a solar + battery micro-grid for the county’s main administrative building. The project resulted in an estimated 25-year savings of $8.5 million. CO2 offset of 30k tons.

Fireclay
Hand made tile manufacturer based in California achieves 60% energy offset with new rooftop PV and ESS installation.
